We use in-house and outside contracted design services to produce innovative, reliable designs from the ground up or to modify existing mold designs to meet your requirements. We can use your 2D designs, models and 2D and 3D electronic designs in many common formats.

Computer Capabilities:

Our investment in Parametrics Corporations Pro Engineer and Wildfire software allows us to work with 2D and 3D Wire frame, Surface and Solid models. For Computer Aided Manufacturing we employ D.P. Technology’s ESPRIT 2005 to generate 2D and 3D programs for our machine tools. We can work directly with the following formats:

Pro Engineer/Wildfire - PRT, ASM, DRW           D.P. Esprit - ESP, SRC

Translation Files – IGES, DXF, STEP, STL           AUTOCAD – DWG

Solid Works – SLDPRT           Solid Edge – PAR, PSM           Para Solid – X_T, X_B

Other industry CAD formats can be read on a case-by-case basis. Transmit your data to us using diskette, Iomega ZIP drive, CD, or email. In addition we provide an FTP site that you may arrange to use to communicate with us. We can also access your company FTP site if that is your preference.
